Strong Meadow Preserve

Description

The Strong Meadow Preserve is located at the end of Scratchville Road, off Route 6. A beautiful, flat trail leads around the circumference of a hay field. Bordered on one side by the Nonnewaug River and on a second side by the East Meadow Brook.

Rules

• No smoking, no alcohol, no golf, no camping.
• No fires except in designated grills.
• Dogs on leash, clean up after your pet.
• Park in designated areas only outside the gate and walk in.
• Fishing is allowed in the river.
