Located on the north side of Hoydens Lane, across from H. Smith Richardson Golf Course, this property is bordered by the Town's Barbieri open space parcel and the Centennial Watershed State Forest. The area includes a golf driving range, historic agricultural fields, and a barn from past farming days. There is also a police shooting range, which is used infrequently with clear signage when active, ensuring visitor safety.
Entering from Hoydens Lane, follow the path toward the barn, then walk through the old orchard to access the main trail. The trail system follows the old farm road and stonewall-lined roadbeds, offering mowed paths alongside fields and an alternative woodland trail along the eastern boundary to bypass the shooting range. The primary trail extends roughly ¾ mile, winding down the northwest slope of Hoyden’s Hill to Beers Road. Cross trails connect back to the main route leading to Beers Road.
