South Pine Creek Lower Marsh contains a peaceful trail that winds along a mowed path through a coastal salt marsh, inviting visitors to experience the sights and sounds of this vibrant ecosystem. Towering stands of Phragmites frame the trail like living walls, while white birch trees dot the landscape, adding contrast and texture. Along the way, keep an eye out for egrets, red-winged blackbirds, and other marsh-dwelling wildlife that call this habitat home.
